It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Joan Gibbons of Elyria, Ohio, born in Wellington, Ohio, who passed away on January 28, 2023, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her children, Sharon Bunch and Michael Gibbons; her grandchildren, Tracy Petrus-Kenneally and Brent Petrus; and her siblings, Patricia Wolf, Rita Storrow and Donald Swisher.
She is survived by: her husband Richard "Dick" Gibbons; her children, Judy Petrus (Craig), Linda McEacheren, Gary Gibbons (Terri) and Bradley Tackacs; and her siblings, Mary Paceley and Tom Swisher. She is also survived by 20 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
