He was predeceased by: his parents, Wade West and Luella West; and his brothers, Larry and Danny West. He is survived by: his wife Carlotta West; his children, Anthony West of Columbus, Bianca West of Elyria and Kelly Bennett of Dayton; and his siblings, Sharon West of Elyria and Craig West (Frances) of Elyria.
