She is survived by: her husband Gary Allen Crawford; her stepdaughter Chelsea Thayer (Colin) of Pensacola, FL; her parents, Robert Kutchin and Frances Kutchin; her sister Debbie Spisz of North Olmsted; her nephew Gregory Kutchin; and her nieces, Erica Kutchin, Kayla Kutchin, Abbey Spisz and Corinne Spisz.

The family suggests that memorial contributions be made to Ames Hospice House, 30080 Hospice Way, Westlake, Ohio 44145.
