He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Andrew, Phyllis W. Allan, Richard D. and Carol E. Smith. He is survived by: his parents, Bradley D. Smith and Kathy Allan Smith of Elyria; his sister Bailey K. Meluch (Steve) of North Ridgeville; his uncles, Andrew Allan of Vermilion, Jon W. Allan (Kim N.) of East Lansing, MI and Jeff Smith (Chris) of Delaware, Ohio; his cousins, Lukas V. Smith of Chicago, IL and Katie Rose Allan of Norwich, VT; and his nieces and nephews, Madison Lynn and Jacob Andrew Gerber.
