He was predeceased by: his mother Berta McNeal; and his siblings, Clarence, Condon, Edward, Kenneth, Hazel McNeal Nail and Helen McNeal.
He is survived by: his wife Lillie McNeal; his sons, Aaron McNeal (Deanna), Neal McNeal and Joel McNeal (Brandy); his grandchildren, Alec, Shane (Christel), Jacob, Arianna (Marco), Ava, Lizzy and Ryleigh; and his great grandchildren, Vincent and Olivia.
