She was predeceased by: her parents, John Osenbaugh and Mary Osenbaugh (Simonis); her husband Oscar "Bud" Chasteen; and her brother Robert "Bud" Osenbaugh. She is survived by: her daughters, Karen Knox (Steve) of Brunswick, GA and Marie Harrison (William "Todd" Carter) of Tiffin, OH; her granddaughter Jena Harrison; her niece Cindy; her nephew David; her great-nephew John; and her sister-in-law Marilyn Osenbaugh. She is also survived by 4 step- sons.
During the Pandemic, Winnie would deliver meals to local seniors.
