We are sad to announce that on February 3, 2024, at the age of 97, Ruby E. McQuary of Elmore, Ohio, born in Pikeville, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Blackburn and Hannah Blackburn (Damron); her son Gary D. Prater; and her husbands, Jesse Prater, Bill Hopkins, Jack Hasselbach and Royce McQuary.
She is survived by: her son Danny Prater (Diane) of Fremont, OH; her stepchildren, Jackie, Carolyn, Mark Hopkins and Lisa Hasselbach; her grandchildren, Dena Williams, Jessica Beaverson (Greg), Jennifer LaGro (Larry), Danny Jr. Prater (Jenny), Ashley Webster (Ben) and Danielle Henderson (Joe); her stepgrandchildren, Corey and Jamie; her great grandchildren, Jayda, Johnney, Justice, Landon, Nevaeh, Skyler, Abby, Haven, Lila, Cole, Vivi, Ruby, Sawyer, Freya, Jesse and Roxy; her great great grandchild Lennon; and her sister Louise Adington.
