She was predeceased by: her parents, Marcell Sr. Frasier and Grace Frasier (Kerns); her husband Oscar Rowan; and her sisters, Nancy Miller and Peggy Noftz.
She is survived by: her children, Thomas Rowan (Julia) of Pemberville, OH, Rocile Parton (Kim) of Northwood, OH and Lynne Kozak (David) of Clay Center, OH; her grandchildren, Hayden, Lewis Rowan and Adam Parton (Jessica); her great grandchildren, Reid, Aubrey and Benjamin; and her siblings, Marcell Jr. (Whitey), Peter Frasier (Douglas) and Ida May Wozniak. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews.
Memorial Contributions may be given to St. Paul Trinity United Methodist Church, The Salvation Army, or a charity of the donor's choice.
