He was predeceased by: his father Samuel J. Travis; his son-in-law Barrett J. Paule; his brother Samuel "Willie" Travis Jr.; and his brother-in-law Robert Fout. He is survived by: his wife Ida P. Maynard of Elmore; his children, Jeffrey Travis (Barbara) of Elmore, Diana Puffenbarger (John) of Fairfax Station, VA and Denise Paule of Elmore; his sister Betty Lou Fout of Frazeysburg, OH; and his sister-in-law Jean Travis of Waverly, OH. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Woodville United Methodist Church or ProMedica Hospice, Fremont.
