He was predeceased by: his parents, Philip L. Chase and Mary Ellen Chase (Fitzgerald); his brother Richard Chase; and his nephew David Horgan. He is survived by: his daughters, Michele Chase (Tom Gulbranson) of Gardnerville, NV and Bonnie Chase (Jerry Cergol) of Elyria, OH; his grandchildren, Philip Chan (Kevin Call), Stephanie Matus (Beau) and Amorie Smith; his daughters, Julianne Bejarano (Armando) and Jennifer Weirich (Dan); his grandchildren, Braden, Carmen Bejarano, Jordan Williams (Edin Buvka) and Casey Williams; his sister Barbara Horgan (Tom); his nieces, Trish Bedard (Den), Peggy Morrison (Gerald) and Mary Pat Gilbert; his nephew Scott Horgan; and also Timothy.
In lieu of flowers, Memorial Contributions may be given to the Cherry Street Mission, Samaritans Purse, or Trinity Lutheran Church.
