She was predeceased by: her father Peter Pokorny; her spouse Jerry E. Valasek; and her grandson Daniel Valasek. She is survived by: her children, Gerald Valasek (Theresa) of Toledo, OH, Jean Ann Blausey (Ronald) of Elmore, OH, James Valasek (Linda) of Elmore and Jay Valasek (Denise) of Perrysburg, OH; and her grandchildren, Laura Valasek, Ronald Blausey (Stephanie), John Blausey (Diana), Amy Heaps (Bill), Eric Valasek (Tricia) and Molly Davis (Ian). She is also survived by 11 great grandchildren; 1 great- great grandchild; and many nieces and nephews.
