She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth D. Smith and Opal Smith (Williams); her spouse Thomas J. Schultz; and her brothers, Richard "Dick", Gordie, Robert, Thomas and Phillip Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Thomas Schultz (Donna), Timothy Schultz (Laura), Kathy Harrison (Floyd), Paul Schultz (Alicia) and Amy Eppink (Nathan); and her siblings, Bud Webb (Carol) and Marcia Ashton (Jack). She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren.
