He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Whiting and Mildred Whiting (Dirnberg); and his sister Linda Whiting. He is survived by: his wife Margie Lohr of Elmore; his daughter Mindy Christine (Burton); his grandchildren, Kayden, Kenley and Colton Haren; and his sister Sharon Peters (Lyle).

Memorial Contributions may be made to St. John's United Church of Christ or Hospice of Northwest Ohio.
