He was predeceased by: his daughter Audrey; his grandfathers, Tim Martin Sr. and Richard Supinski; and also, Mike Garcia and Josh Martin.
He is survived by: his sons, Jacob Rutherford and Shannon Dixon; his grandparents, Roy McAllister, Pat "Chee" McAllister and Joan Supinski; his parents, Tim Jr. and Rennee Martin; his siblings, Melissa Owens (Brandon) and Tim Martin III; his nieces and nephews, Keira, Cameron, Brooklyn and Brielle; his significant other Brianna Saldivar; and his friend Aaliyha Saldivar. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
