He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin Damschroder and Hilda Damschroder (Michel); his spouse Elna A. Lind; his siblings, Harold, Donald, Edward Damschroder, Pearl Weng and Irene Brunk; and his grandson Cole Chesson.
He is survived by: his daughters, Debra Barrett (Wes) of Elmore, OH, Marsha Ettl (Mike) of Toledo, OH and Carla Sidenstricker of Southside, WV; his grandchildren, Corinne Metzger (James), Christy Heckler (Adam), Marc McClain (Emily), Renee Ulrich (Josh) and Amanda Chesson; and his sister-in-law Margaret Damschroder. He is also survived by 10 great- grandchildren.
