It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Jane Lemke of Elmore, Ohio, born in Toledo, Ohio, who passed away on July 4, 2022, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Anthony Valasek and Betty Valasek (Gajdostik); and her husband Galen "Butch" Lemke. She is survived by: her children, Natalie K. Fork and David A. Lemke (Wendy); her grandchildren, Bryan Fork, Andy Fork (Jessica), Tyler Lemke (Sarah) and Megan Norman (Bryce); her great grandchildren, Beau, Logan, Emma, Willow, Charlie Jo, Cooper, Madison and Presley; and her siblings, Anthony Valasek (Ann) and Delores Klimkowsky (Ed).
