She is survived by: her children, Leif Timothy Eriksen of Woodville, Lynn Mazur (Mark) of Hudson, OH and Susan Hernandez (Ray) of Banning, CA.; her grandchildren, Ashley Eriksen, Rachel Eriksen, Emma Frisch, Kelsey Mazur, Hannah Mazur and Natalie Hernandez; her great grandchildren, Mariah and Alex Berman; and her brother Jeff Charles of Sugar Creek, OH..
