He was predeceased by: his parents, Oliver Anthony and Thelma Anthony (McNutt); and his wife Nancy (Weidner). He is survived by: his children, Nikki Kieffer (Bill) and Troy Anthony (Sandy); his grandchildren, Deric Anthony, Ryan Schiavone (Keera Siers), Jeremy Schiavone (Caleigh Keller) and Cole Anthony (Madigan); his stepgrandchildren, Nathan Kieffer (Liz), Traci Kieffer and Ben Kieffer (Shelby); his great grandchildren, Beau Schiavone and Logan Siers; and his siblings, Ernie Frye (Barb), Sharon Barnsdale (Dave) and Darla Dutridge. He is also survived by five step great grandchildren.
