He is survived by: his wife Sarah Ellen Gregory; his children, Charlene Thomas (Tony) of Winslow, Mary Guthrie of Chrisney, Indiana, David Porter (Joanne) of Newport News and Gary Porter (Tammy) of Grandview, Indiana; his stepsons, Jeffery Gentry (Susan) of Richmond and Patrick Buckley of College Corner, Ohio; and his siblings-in-law, Stella Oliver and David Allen. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 31 great grandchildren.
