He was predeceased by: his parents, Denver C. Hill and Opal H. Hill (Berry). He is survived by: his wife Vadis Hill (Malicoat); his children, Randy E. Hill (Sandra Lynn) of New Paris and Linda Oliver (Tom) of Mississippi; his siblings, Jerry L. Hill (Janice) of Hillard, Ohio and Terry Ober (Emmett); his grandchildren, Christopher Lee Hill, Nigel Mull and Kristen Mull; and his great grandchild Tessa Irene Hill. He is also survived by Nieces and Nephews.
