She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard M. Miller and Shelby J. Miller (Gump); and her brother Darrin Miller. She is survived by: her husband David J. Slater; her children, April Ross (Jeremiah) of Piqua, Josh Slater (Ashley) of Waterloo, Amber Slater of Edon and Cheryl Claudy (Dakota) of Edon; and her brothers, Richard Miller of Montpelier, Raymond of Edon and Donald Miller of Edon. She is also survived by 19 grandchildren.
