It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Ruth Swank (Edon, Ohio), born in Montpelier, Ohio, who passed away on March 3, 2020, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Dale Knecht and Grace Knecht (Duke); her husband Charles L. Swank; her siblings, Russell Knecht, Dorothy, Donna, Marjorie, June, Caryl, Shirley, Emma Jean, Mary Jane and Sally; and her great grandchild Baylee Trausch.

She is survived by: her children, Danny Swank (Debra) of Edon, Roger Swank of Bryan, Ronald Swank (Sharon) of Edon, Sue Altaffer of Montpelier, Michael Swank of Bryan and Timothy Swank of Montpelier. She is also survived by fifteen grandchildren, thirty-five great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.

Memorials may be given to the Edon Senior Center.
