He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert D. Hartman and Elaine L. Hartman (Lash); and his siblings, Robert D. Hartman, Jr. and Jo Ellen Helms. He is survived by: his children, Jennifer Hurst (Jeremy) of Archbold, Ohio, Jason Hartman (Dawn) of Lewis Center and Kasey Hartman of Shreveport, Louisiana; his grandchildren, Tyler, Jack, Kennedy Hurst, Nicholas, Andrew, Caroline, Klayton and Katelyn Hartman; and his siblings, Kenneth Hartman of Dublin, Georgia and Nancy Crawford of Edon.
Memorials are requested to Columbia Church of Christ, Williams County Humane Society, or a fire department of the donor's choice.
