Fowler; his sons, Kevin Rice, Jr. (Robinne) of Hicksville and Greg Rice (Amanda) of Edon; his granddaughters, Brenna, McKenna, April, Savannah and Rylee; and his siblings, Stan Rice (Janice) of Las Vegas, Scott Rice of Edon, Juanita Mocherman (Terry) of Hamilton, Marcella Gonzales of Edon, Regina Phipps (John) of Angola, Juan Gonzales (Heather) of Edon, Matt Gonzales (Cindy) of Edon, Carrie Miller (Tim) of Edon, Amanda Ross of Cincinnati and John Armstrong of Middletown, Ohio. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
