He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Henry and Annie Elizabeth Manning, Jr. (Purdy); and his brother James Purdy. He is survived by: his wife Emma J. Nave; his children, Chris Hulbert (Ed) of Fort Wayne, Indiana and Jon Manning (Tori) of Burlington; his grandchildren, Karlee Elizabeth Hulbert, Christian Joel and Arabella Grace Manning; and his siblings, Terry Manning (Juanita) of Edon, Brenda Trausch of Edon, Jalyne Bryant and Vickie Bray.
