He was predeceased by: his father James Miller; and his parents-in-law, Dave Miller and Sharon Jackson. He is survived by: his mother Mary Lou Miller (Kissinger); his wife Renata Miller of Edon, Ohio; his children, Jerry Miller (Veronica) of Hicksville, Ohio, Lisa Ford (Brad) of Edgerton and Annie Shaffer (Scott) of Fort Wayne, Indiana; his grandchildren, Mason, Aubree, McKenzie, Drew, Layne, Caden, Carter and Ella; and his siblings, Jeff, Jody and JoAnna. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
