He was predeceased by: his mother Vickey Lynn Surbey (Underwood); and his stepbrother Daniel Hug. He is survived by: his father Philip L. Surbey (Melanie) of Edon; his son Dalton Surbey (Meghan) of Bryan; his granddaughter Charlotte J. Surbey; his brother Shawn Surbey (Claire) of Mendon; and his stepsister Mindy Stayner (Doug) of Edon.
