He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Clay E. Deck and Gretchen Deck (Schaffer); his wife Juanita Higginbotham; his daughter Diana Byrnes (Scott) of Wausaukee, Wisconsin; his grandchildren, Toby Deck of Edon, Jaime Siebenaler of San Diego and Michelle Breitigan of Lima, Ohio; his great grandchildren, Nevaya, Darian Deck and Shalina Lewis; his great great grandchild Royce Lewis; his sisters, Maralyn Ailiff of Woodsfield and Melba English of Sylvester, Georgia; his daughter-in-law Louise Dick (Scott) of Edon; his son Mitch Deck; and his brother Ned Deck.
