He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul W. Jaggers and Ethel P. Jaggers (McNeal); his brothers, Frank, Richard and Roger; and his granddaughter Alicia.
He is survived by: his children, Charles Jaggers (Starla) of Edon, Sandy Rummel of Bryan, Jesse Jaggers of Seattle, Tammy Warner (Kenneth) of Fremont and Carl Jaggers of Edon; and his sister Pam Bigler (Jim) of Fayetteville. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 27 great grandchildren; a great-great granddaughter.
The family requests memorial donation to the Williams County Fair Foundation.
