He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Flightner and Inez Flightner (Ensign); and his brother Dean E. Flightner (Sue) of Toledo, Ohio.. He is survived by: his wife Sondra K. Garver of Edon; his daughter Jennifer L. Bever; his son-in-law Kevin A. Bever; and his grandsons, Blake Allen Bever of Hillsdale, Brayden Alex Bever of Hillsdale and Brock Andrew Bever of Hillsdale.
Due to the ongoing pandemic, the family asks those attending services for Garry to wear a mask or facial covering and observe social distancing.
