She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl L. Watts and Geraldine Watts (Warford); her husband Harold L. Jaggers; her granddaughter Alicia; and her brothers, Hubert and Carson Lee Watts.
She is survived by: her children, Charles Jaggers (Starla) of Edon, Sandy Rummel of Bryan, Jesse Jaggers of Seattle, Tammy Warner (Kenneth) of Fremont and Carl Jaggers of Edon. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 27 great grandchildren; a great-great granddaughter.
