He is survived by: his siblings, Dan Miller of Edon, Mose Miller (Wilma) of Flemingsburg, Kentucky, Aaron Miller of Flemingsburg, Kentucky and Amanda Miller of Flemingsburg, KY; his nieces, Ruby Eicher (Paul) of Flemingsburg, Amanda Eicher (Rudy) of Greentop, Fanny Schwartz (Paul) of Veway, Melinda Schwartz (Amos) of Veway, Carol Burkholder of McKenzie, Martha Schmucker (Mike) of Edon and Miriam Girod (Nate) of Salem; and his aunt Melinda Schwartz of Bern.
