She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence "Dan" Young and Frances Young (Bonzo); her spouse Dale Edward "Bud" Hedrick; and her sisters, Wanda Gay and Mary Young.
She is survived by: her children, Michael L. Hedrick (Susan) of Edison, Tracy Dale Hedrick of Wake Forest, NC, Peter Travis Hedrick of Edison and Peggy Zaebst (Mike) of Louisburg, NC; her grandchildren, Joel Hedrick, Ivy Jones (James), Clayton Hedrick (Ashley), Matthew Zaebst, Michael B. Zaebst and Cody Alexander Hedrick; her great grandchildren, Ethan Hedrick, Gabriel Hedrick, Colt Hedrick, Jacob Graham, Ezekiel Hedrick, Wylie Hedrick, Stormy Hedrick, Bjorn Hedrick, Indie Jones, Asia Jones, Eliot Jones, Jasmine Zaebst, Christian "Slade" Zaebst, Michael "Tre" Zaebst (Kristen) and Madison Grace Hedrick; her great great grandchildren, Michael "Alex" Zaebst, Elena Zaebst and Samuel Zaebst; her sister Patricia Whitaker (John); and her half-brothers, Danny Young (Laura) and Jack Young. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Ginny's name may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
