She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Shuster and Dorothy Shuster (Penrose); her siblings, Roy Shuster and Alice Jean Berry; and her grandson Tanner Holt.
She is survived by: her husband Norman Bilger; her children, Allen Holt (Evelyn), Carl Holt (Carol), Chris Conkle (Mark) and Sandy Schaffer (Brian); and her sister Jenny Healea (Earl). She is also survived by six grandchildren, ten great grandchildren.
