She is survived by: her parents, George Dohner and Edith Dohner (Worthington); her spouse James Smethers; her daughters, Dennis George Smethers (Sue) of New Martinville and Jimmy Lee Smethers (Lorna) of Fort Wayne; and her grandchildren, Pamela Hornbeck (Joe) of Troy, Mary Nickels (Bob) of Bryan and Vera "Verg" Nye (John) of Edgerton. She is also survived by twenty-nine great-grandchildren; seventeen great-great-grandchildren; three step-great-grandchildren; eight step-great-great-grandchildren; and one sister.
