He was predeceased by: his parents, Augustus A. Stark and Loie B. Stark (Felger); his wife Anna J. Balogh; and his brother Vearron C. Stark. He is survived by: his children, Jane Kaiser (Kim) of Grove City, Sandra Berkebile of Edgerton, Pamela Callahan (Mike) of Burlington, Wisconsin, Michael P. Stark (Margie) of Edwardsville, Daniel V. Stark of Sylvania and Bradley J. Stark of Edgerton; and his sister Geraldine Childers of Columbia City, Indiana.. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren.

Due to the ongoing pandemic restrictions, the family requests that friends observe social distancing precautions and use masks in accordance with state mandates.
