She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Carter and Ethel Mildred McDaniel Carter; her husband Mike; her siblings, Sharron Planck, Billie Stull, Jacqueline Carter and Lynn Carter; her daughter Loretta Cleland; her daughters-in-law, Holly Scranton and Penny Scranton; and her granddaughter Rachel Scranton.
She is survived by: her children, Karen Byce (Greg) of Munith, MI and Michael Scranton (Toni); her son-in-law Phil Cleland of Hicksville, OH; and her son Brian Scranton (Katy) of Wabash, IN. She is also survived by her 6 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, October 21st 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Krill Funeral Service - Edgerton (114 E Hull St, Edgerton, OH 43517). A funeral service was held on Monday, October 21st 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
