She was predeceased by: her parents, Doris Guillaume and Miller; her husband Dale A. Mathys; her brother Jim Guillaume; and her great grandchild Alyssa Michael DeRoche.
She is survived by: her daughters, Candy Jean DeRoche (Kenneth), Tammy Ann Davis (Dennis) and Dalene Anette Mathys (Larry Kammeyer); her grandchildren, Dale E. Davis (Alicia), Kylee Ann Vasquez (Nathan), Dustin A. DeRoche (Jill) and Kenneth G. DeRoche (Debbie); and her pet Hyde. She is also survived by fifteen great-grandchildren.
