She was predeceased by: her parents, Merel Swary and Elizabeth Louise Swary (Laker); her husband Alden R. Shaffer; and her grandson Zachary Shaffer. She is survived by: her children, Jeffrey Shaffer of Hicksville, Chad Shaffer (Cynthia Moore) of Edgerton, Jamy Shaffer of Edgerton, Christina Davis of Edgerton and Charnel Hazelton (Richard) of Edgerton; her grandchildren, Shelby, Joshua, Elizabeth, Alex, Alyssa, Noah, Sydney, Kyli, Chloe, Kyndal, Rikkelle and Richie; and her siblings, Sandra Maxwell (Delton) of Edgerton and Robert Swary (LuAnn) of Edgerton.
