He is survived by: his children, Brennan Counts of California and Erin DeGroff (Brian) of Edon; his grandchildren, Dane of Edon, Samantha of Edon, Isabella of Edon, Eliza DeGroff of Edon and Brianna Helton of Oregon; and his siblings, Steve Counts (Cindy) of Florida, Robbie Rhoades (George) of California and Christina Counts of Florida. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
