He was predeceased by: his parents, John Lester and Elizabeth Neiger (Mattern). He is survived by: his close friend Jo Ann Dever; and his children, Tina Zelt (Douglas), John Neiger (Laura Dever) and James Neiger. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
