She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul William and Frieda Viola Lorntz (Spangler); her husband Lewis F. Leppelmeier; her sister Nancy; her brothers-in-law, Ted Hannah and Irvin Leppelmeier; her brother Donald; and her sister-in-law Nancy Hook.

She is survived by: her children, Jay Leppelmeier (Linda) of McComb, April Sloan (Scott) of Stryker and Ray Leppelmeier (Robin) of Edgerton; her brother Merle Lorntz (Beverly) of Kendallville, Indiana; and her sister-in-law Ellen Leppelmeier of Winona Lake, Indiana.. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; four great-grandsons.

Due to the ongoing pandemic, the family will receive friends while observing social distancing precautions.
