He was predeceased by: his siblings, Duane Blalock and Vonita Fields. He is survived by: his parent Wellington E.; and his brothers, James Blalock (Sharon) of Edgerton and Grover Blalock (Carolyn) of Hicksville. He is also survived by numerous nephews and nieces.
