She was predeceased by: her parents, Ronald Nicholson and Frieda Nicholson (Stires); her husband Johnny Lewis; and her siblings, John Nicholson, Janie Orick, Linda Thacker and Carol Davidson.
She is survived by: her daughters, Vicki Hill (Doug) of Edgerton and Helen Lewis of Bryan, Ohio; her grandchildren, Doug Hill (Shanita Sullivan), Amy Lee (Fred) and Jesse Lewis; and her sisters, Nancy Nicholson of St. Marys and Sharon Yarger. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
