He was predeceased by: his grandparents, William, Ethel McIntosh, Ernest and Ella Durham; and his niece Adina McIntosh.
He is survived by: his parents, John R. and Mary E. McIntosh (Durham); his brother John; his sister-in-law Kelly McIntosh; his sister Katie McIntosh; and his nieces and nephews, Owen, Ethan, Ellie McIntosh, Alex Howard and Layla Whitener. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 4th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Calvary Baptist Church (14 Dorsey Akers Dr, West Alexandria, OH 45381). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 4th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, October 4th 2024 at the Preble Memory Gardens (3377 US-35, West Alexandria, OH 45381).
