He was predeceased by: his parents, William D. Lewis and Eva Lewis (Ryman); his brother-in-law Dennis Vogel; and his sister Anita L. Vogel. He is survived by: his wife Dianna D. Lewis (Thacker); his stepdaughters, Ronda Dillon (Steve), Dianna Elam (Frankie) and Melissa McKee (Craig); his nephews, Bruce Vogel (Carol Ann) and Brian Vogel (Jane); and his niece Miriam Henry (Mark). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 19 Great Grandchildren.
