He is survived by: his fiancée Patsy Blakenship Gartrell; his brother Randy Gartrell (Kathi); his sisters-in-law, Joni and Debbie Gartrell; his nieces, Gabrielle "Gabby", Hannah Gartrell, Chelsea, Brooke Smith and Amber Gartrell Michaels (Chad); his nephew Zach Smith; his stepdaughter Tarin Azzalina (Kevin); his grandchildren, Alina Hood, Aryia, Colton Naji, Tyson, Tristan and Reagan Azzalina; and his close friend BJ Collins.
