She was predeceased by: her parents, Douglas D. West and Stella West (Rager); her daughter Hope Dawn Sandlin; and her brother Joseph West. She is survived by: her husband Jeff S. Sandlin; her children, Stephen Collins of Eaton, OH and Victoria Sandlin of Hamilton, OH; her granddaughter Caitlyn Collins of Bainbridge, OH; and her siblings, David West of Port Charlotte, FL, Jeni Witt, Cheryl Howell, Dana Rowe and Peggy Coomer.
