With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Patricia A. (Paul) Eckerle of Eaton, Ohio, born in New Castle, Indiana, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 14, 2024 at the age of 70. She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold W. Paul and Helen L. Clopp (Paul); her husband David Eckerle; her stepfather Leroy Clopp; her brother Mike Paul; her stepsister Valerie Clopp; and her granddaughter Bailey Smith.
She is survived by: her sons, Chris Lane (Staci) of Hagerstown and Steve Smith (Marlene) of Cambridge City; her stepchildren, Denise Morris (Bill) of Kettering, OH and David Eckerle (Angie) of Westerville, OH; her grandchildren, Ryan Taylor, Cole, Shayna Lane, Ana, Brooklyn Terry, Alex, Jakob Smith and Jenna Morris; and her stepsiblings, Suzy Clopp and Dennis Clopp (Becky) of Richmond. She is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
