He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester R. Gardner and Mary M. Gardner (Giffin); his brother Douglas Yale Gardner; and his aunt Marvel Arnold. He is survived by: his daughters, Amy Renee Clark, Marisa Erin Hatton (Doug) of Centerville, OH and Paige Elizabeth Gardner of Dayton, OH.; and his grandchildren, Cooper Hatton and Kylie Durnbaugh.
